Description
These articles contain both panel-mount halves — panel plug and panel socket — under one part number.
When a set makes sense
Where two enclosures are joined across a separation point, one half sits in each. The set supplies both at once: pole count, contact arrangement and locking are guaranteed to match, and stock holds one number instead of two. Where only one side is needed — because the other half sits on a cable — the individual articles are the better choice.
Panel mounting with M28
Both halves mount from the front with an M28 thread and lock nut. Protection rating is IP68, rated 17.5 A at 400 V AC.
Pole counts and contact marking
Sets are available 3, 5 and 6-pole. The protective earth counts as a pole: 3-pole is L-N-E, 5-pole 1-2-L-N-E and 6-pole 1-2-3-L-N-E. Techno offers the 2 and 8-pole versions as individual articles only.
