Every assembly is 100% tested – visually, electrically and dimensionally.
In addition, we use state-of-the-art testing methods:
- Crimp monitoring – inline during production
- Pull-off force measurements – for mechanical strength
- Micrograph analysis – for microscopic inspection of crimp connections
- Electrical function testing – for absolute operational reliability
Our employees are trained to IPC/WHMA-A620B. Certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and UL guarantee process reliability – and with IATF 16949 certification in preparation we lay the foundation for the highest automotive standards.
