Description

The TH385 series is the panel half for the TH384 cable connection. This version takes the cable away at 90° — useful wherever there is no room behind the panel for a straight outlet.

Mounting

It mounts with an M20 thread and the fixing nut supplied; maximum panel thickness is 4.00 mm. The connection is rated 16 A at 400 V AC, impulse withstand voltage 4 kV, protection rating IP68.

Which half goes where?

The panel plug with male contacts mates with the TH384 cable socket, the panel socket with female contacts with the TH384 cable plug — at matching pole counts. The termination method of the two halves combines freely.

Pole counts and termination

2 and 3-pole versions are available. The contacts are crimped; conductor cross-section runs from 0.5 to 2.5 mm².

Materials

The plastic parts are black, the sealing elements Techno green, the contacts brass.
